Description
Typical cured meat from the Vasto area in the Province of Chieti. Fresh domestic pork is carefully selected and processed. Cut into large chunks and cured with salt, hot chili pepper , wild fennel seeds, pepper and spices. Sausage is stuffed into collated gut in the shape of a pig bladder, hand-tied with coarse twine and hung for curing for 60 to 90 days.
Gluten-free. Lactose-free.

Vacuum packed product. To be kept in a cool and dry place.
