330 grams Abruzzese Soppressata: typical of the province of L’Aquila, produced with choice pork, finely ground, stuffed in synthetic casing and put under the press for a few days to create the characteristic flattened shape. Aged for 40 days. Size of 400 grams, vacuum-packed. Gluten-free. Lactose free. Ingredients: pork, salt, dextrose, natural flavours, spices. Antioxidant E301. Preservative: E252-E250
