Salumificio Fratelli Bruno was founded in 1979, the year in which Remo Bruno, founder and Managing Director of the company, after almost twenty years of studies and work experience in the field, decided to return to his country of origin in Roccaspinalveti, Abruzzo, and starting their own salami production, opened a small family-run business.
There are many reasons that led to this choice: the nostalgia of their land and its traditions, the desire to rediscover and testify, through their work, the history and culture of their ancestors. These values are always a key ingredient of Bruno products, genuine and quality: typical salami from Abruzzo, made as they used to be.
The company took a major step forward in 1985 when Remo's brothers Carmine and Maurizio joined the company, leading to the formation of Fratelli Bruno s.n.c. This was followed by an even bigger leap in 1998, when, after major investment, a new plant was established in San Salvo perfectly in line with the latest European standards in terms of hygiene and protection of the quality of the product.
Today the company Fratelli Bruno, with all its meat products, stands as a great defender of tradition, typicality and quality, continuing with passion that journey began over 30 years ago and leading, with success, along the road drawn from the gastronomic traditions of Abruzzo.
