Description

Traditional salami of the Abruzzo Mountains. Made with fresh pork, cut medium grain, cured with salt, pepper, spices and flavourings. Stuffed in synthetic casing. Aged for 30/40 days. Cut in halfs and vacuum-packed. Weight 0.350 kg. Gluten-free. Lactose free.

Ingredients: pork, salt, dextrose, spices, natural flavourings. Antioxidant E316. Preservatives: E250-E252


Product cut in half and vacuum-packed. Keep refrigerated from +2° C to +4° C
