Description

Made with fresh pork meat and liver, coarsely ground. Cured with salt, chili pepper, fennel seeds, spices and flavourings. Stuffed into natural pork casing, tied into U-shaped portions of approximately 320 gr., and aged for 15/20 days. Available bulk retail or vacuum-packed. Gluten-free. Lactose free.
