Description

 

Typical salami of Vasto in the province of Chieti, Abruzzo. Fresh pork is selected and carefully worked, cut into large chunks and cured with salt, sweet pepper, wild fennel seeds, pepper and spices. Stuffed in natural veal casing bondiana, with sizes from 2000gr to 3000g. Aged for about 60 days. Sizes of 350/400 grams. Available in bulk or vacuum-packed whole or halves. Gluten-free. Lactose free.

Ingredients: pork, salt, chili pepper, dextrose, natural flavourings, spices. Antioxidant E301. Preservative: E252-E250.
